  : Great location, good bus links to all over the city right outside the apartment and bike hire on the doorstep. A nice spacious apartment for two people with good facilities and also a washer which we didn't expect. Lots of nice places to eat nearby and two good supermarkets within a short walk.
  : On your booking site it says the apartment is on the eleventh floor overlooking the Turia gardens, in fact it was on the seventh floor on the opposite side of the building. On re-reading the description I can see that they are referring to the three bedroom apartment but you could state that the two bedroom is on the other side of the building. that would be fairer. No plugs in the bath, washbasin or sink in the kitchen which is a bit odd.

  : The location is great and the apartment has a good amount of space. .
  : The beds are really uncomfortable. Not just firm mattresses, but really hurt my back. The couch and dining chairs are also very uncomfortable - and the floor is all marble without carpet so there are literally no comfortable surfaces. The management company was positive, helpful and really responsive. This apartment could use some updates overall, but mostly just go to Ikea ad replace some of the furnishings.

  : The location is very good - easy to get to the beach and to the city and right opposite the city of arts and sciences. We liked the concierge downstairs for security. Our little girl loved the pool (although it was unheated and therefore freezing cold)!
  : The BIG problem is that the listing on Booking.com consists of TWO different properties with the information and reviews mixed up. We know this as we have now stayed at both.Last year (May 2018) we stayed in what we now know as Apartment A (3 bed, wonderful balcony you could sit on with a drink and enjoy the evening sun and the panoramic view of the city of arts and sciences). We re-booked to return this year but ended up with Apartment B (2 bed, a balcony you access through the single bedroom and can only stand and smoke on, facing the street/other apt buildings). Therefore this was a completely different experience - probably fine if you are on business, but not for a family holiday. On arrival, we realised this immediately and contacted the host and booking.com who both said "there is nothing we can do' and stopped responding to emails. So learn from us and be VERY CAREFUL about what you are booking as the mixed reviews (both apartments reviews are mixed up into one listing) are very misleading. We shall not be returning.We also advise caution on both apts in terms of number of people who can stay - the two bed was comfy for 3 of us (two parents, one child). It would not be suitable for 5 adults. For example, there is one sofa to sit on (which would also become the bed for extra two, so nowhere to sit!) and only one bathroom/toilet. The same applies to the 3 bed; you would not want 8 people to be staying in there (3 beds, 2 baths) as it would be very cramped.

  : The location is excellent,overlooking theTuria gardens and City of Arts and Sciences. The apartment is midway between the beach and the city centre,either one being a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride. The bus stop is right outside.The apartment is on floor 11,so traffic noise is no problem.
  : The beds were not very comfortable,particularly the pillows.The meet and greet was efficient but very rushed and impersonal. I know Valencia well,but newcomers may have appreciated a slightly warmer welcome.
