  : Very modern inside, a good space. Very comfortable stay. Beds are good, bathrooms are good.Balcony would be nice but was under construction.
  : No lift/elevator had to climb a lot of stairs, not easy with all the bags and a small child. Need to go to separate location for key and its a long way away. Took a long time to get our deposit back.

  : A very good location, this is like 15 minutes from the centro of valncia...!The only thing is that there is 4 floors to go up...but over all it was very nice, if I come back to valncia I will stay at this apartment
  : David was welcoming us to the apartment..and show us everything, also he gave us some good tips about restaurants in the area...! Thank you David..!

  : The location was fine between the city centre and the beach in the hip area of ruzafa. Everything you need is nearby. The building is charming, light and clean. Our host, Victor, welcomed us wonderfully and was very helpful, also when we forgot our passports when we were at the airport
  : You need to like climbing stairsthe Appartment is situated on the 4th floor without elevator, but for us it was no problem at all.

  : Was very nice and bright. Plenty of room for 2 people. The bath and a half was a nice touch!
  : We were very disappointed in the terrace! Its very narrow and basically unusable. Table and chairs are old and weathered! Need to be replaced but you cant really use them anyways. Pictures made it look like it was much bigger! We really looked forward to having our morning coffee out there but never used it once.

  : Unfortunately we were burgled at the property. Maintenance was meant to come fix the slow draining shower and shower head holder. The safety deposit box did not work and we were burgled whilst out during the day within 24hrs after arrival. There were no signs of break-in, the property is on the top floor with a balcony round the corner 2-3m from the neighbouring one and nothing on the other side, so someone had keys. The property agency immediately offered for the locks to be changed and claimed maintenence visited to fix the above shower issues. Since we felt unsafe, we wanted a refund for the remaining days of the stay so we could check into a hotel instead, they refused. The shower issues remain broken even after we checked out. Police also advised the property agency should compensate, however they also refused.
