  : The door opening method (app on phone) really took some fiddling to get the front door to the apartment open. Once we got it sorted it was no problem, but it would not open for about 10 minutes and we didnt know why.

  : It is 5th floor and the elevator only reaches the 4th. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 max 5 people. Kitchen has basic what you need to prepare food. Great light through the apartment.
  : Could be a little cleaner. Shower head has little power, needs a new one.

  : Location is very handy for Placa de la Reina. 5 mins walk. Good bars and restaurants locally. Lovely terrace too.
  : The beds Really firm mattresses which made you ache and not able to sleep. Ended up on the sofa bed. Other reviewers have also commented on the beds.

  : Brilliant location, beautiful building with a top floor apartment that has a small patio outside (without a view, but it is still great to chill there in the evenings). It was clean and had all the additional facilities possibly needed. Early check in was not possible, but they very kindly organised that we could leave our luggages on arrival.
  : Top floor apartment, so it can get very warm. We stayed here the first week of June and even if the living room has an air-conditioning, it is not cooling down the 2 other rooms (unless you leave all the doors open) and as we stayed here with a group of friends, that is not that easily compatible with privacy The bathroom has an automatic ventilator that starts if you switch on the light and it can get fairly disturbing if you stay here with more people.

  : Location in the old town was superb. The apartment was well-equipped, clean and tidy.
  : It was difficult to maintain anything like a reasonably comfortable temperature in any room apart from the lounge, the only room with air con. Entrance was via two doors controlled by an app on the phone. Always worked but sometimes not first time! Late check out seemed an insurmountable problem despite the property not being booked on the day of our departure.

  : I thought the decor in the apartment was a bit tried it needs to be refurbished. We didn't like the app on your phone that was your key to the apartment extremely restricted One day the system broke down and we couldn't get out of the apartment we much prefer to have a key.

  : good size, nice outdoor space, fantastic position within the town. It was very homely. I didnt comment on staff as there were not any there, but people on the end of the emails were helpful
  : outside space could have been a little nicer re plants etc. More kitchen pans would have been helpful as there was only one small frying pan. a power shower should be installed as the shower was very disappointing

  : The location is excellent - right in the middle of the Old Town and near to a metro stop. The apartment was clean and the bedrooms were large.
  : The outdoor terrace doesn't have a view and unfortunately there was a strong smell of drains which put us off sitting out there. Access to the apartment is via a phone app. This was stressful as it stopped working on my phone. I had to reload the app and passcode - take the passcode out with you! You also have to upload a photo of your passport and of yourself which took a while.
