  : It is a nice and modern apartment. Small but cosy. The centre is very close, very handy to walk around.
  : Our only problem was that since we were in high season, we could only occupy our apartment in the late afternoon. We had a drink while waiting. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

  : The washmachine was full with wet dirty laundry, hairs in the bathroom, the bedlinnen was washed but also wit h a weird smell.

  : The location was great, walking distance to the old town and the riverbed/park.Apartment has all the facilities as explained in the description, it is ideal for a couple to spend some days there.
  : The AC wasn't working properly, thus it was quite hot and humid at nights.The key to the building entrance wasn't working (turning) properly, it took us quite sometime each time to open the main entrance.Check out wasn't explained properly, after waiting an hour for the check out (as agreed during the check-in), we finally left the keys in the apartment as we needed to leave.

  : Its a fresh apartment in El Carmen and relatively close to everything you probably need. There is a supermarket right next door where you can get all you need.It also has all you need to cook etc. we didnt use anything its appreciated that you have dishes etc. there is also a small fridge.The Italian girl meeting us was very friendly, gave us some advices and tips.
  : The boiler has a leak and its difficult to think no one has seen or noticed it before. No toiletries available. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 persons and for 6 nights is not enough. The check out time was mentioned to be 11 but in the apartment reminders says 12.

  : Great location, area feels both safe and very central. Loads of restaurants near by, and right beside a massive green area that spans a large length of the city. Was met upon arrival to be handed keys and shown around the apartment. Supermarket and bakery right next door was great. Was able to leave bags in a secure location for the day of departure after check-out which was fantastic. Would highly recommend the apartment.
  : There was a problem with the water tank in the bathroom leaking slightly but once reported to the property they said they will fix it up.
