  : Nice central location, many restaurants, bars, shops are nearby. Helpful staff, we could check in early, and the cleaning lady helped us out.
  : Not enough glasses, toilet paper and storage for clothes. Our room was on the ground floor and therefore there were many ants, we needed to hang up our food in a bag so the ants wouldnt go inside.

  : The apartment smells horrible!! Unfortunately there is no proper ventilation, and because the studio is on the ground without a regular window (only a terrace door, which is accessible to anyone) we also couldn't keep the room aired at night. It had a stuffy, moldy smell that comes from too much moisture and no good maintenance. There was also black mold in the bathroom which doesn't have any form of ventilation. The smell is sucked up by the furniture as well, so airing the room for 30 minutes didn't do much (e.g. while the sheets were clean, the bed frame smelled really bad). As for the cleanliness, it was ok, but definitely not hotel grade clean, one could tell that the floor wasn't properly vacuumed and certainly not mopped. There are also a few maintenance issues, which are no deal breakers but should get fixed: broken lamp, no handle on the fridge making it hard to open, door is hard to close and makes lots of noise therefore. Also note that the isolation is quite weak so if you're sensitive to sounds from neighbors, this might be an issue here (we aren't light sleepers luckily so didn't care about this).

  : The sofa bed in the lounge wasn't the most comfortable. There wasn't enough towels issued for 4 people for a week so would have liked a few more.

  : We were a party of 6 and wanted a 3 bedroom apartment. The split of the beds was also perfect with a double and 2 rooms with single beds. The overall cost for our stay was very reasonable when broken down to per person, per night. The location was a little bit outside the 'old town' but was only a short walk to the main train station where you could catch, a train, metro, or bus. We had an elderly person and 2 young kids as part of the group and we were able to simply walk right into the centre of the old town to the Central Market on the first day which was great. We loved the way the building and the apartments had been carefully renovated to integrate original features and modern design. Beautifully done!! The place was clean, tidy, and well-presented. It had most of the amenities we would have expected so we were happy.
  : The area where the apartments are located is clearly an up-and-coming area. A mixture of renovated buildings, others undergoing renovations as well as derelict buildings. There was lots of construction meaning lots of dust, noise, and construction traffic. The original windows in the apartment were a lovely feature but they were not great for reducing the noise. We were woken every morning at 5 am by the street cleaning trucks also. There was a coffee machine but not a single capsule. A few more 'basics' like enough for tea and/or coffee would have been nice along with more toilet paper. They were a little short on that bit with 6 people staying for 4 nights.
