  : The apartment is a great value based on the price, location and the private bathroom. All offerings on booking.com with excellent prices did not have a private bathroom. Valncia has an excellent public transport schedule and Habitaciones is close to several bus stops that can take you anywhere in the city in about 15-20 minutes. There are 3 pastry shops within 50 meters from the building. The room was cleaned well and the host gave us a lot of details about our stay and also instructions for self check-in. This is one of the best features of this place. Most properties in Valencia close their receptions at 20-22h, but there are many flights that arrive at night. The apartment has big terrace, so you can even chill and have some beers and sunbathe rooftop style.
  : I dont have anything negative to say here, but I know all people are very different, so heres a couple of things to consider if you are looking only for the best places. The room is well maintained, but still the furniture is a bit old in the room and in the bathroom. There is a stain from moisture on the wall which is on the back of the shower. This didnt bother us, because there was no smell and it didnt look like a hazard for a persons health.

  : The staff was always ready to help, it was clean and the shared toilets were not a trouble at all. Location was amazing.
  : A small issue with the sound, since you can hear a lot of what is happening in the hallway and sometimes in other rooms ( but that was not so common during our stay)

  : - The room was clean and spacious, with most basic necessities included.- The beds were comfortable (but on the smaller side).- The location is pretty good, around 5 minutes away from a metro stration that gives you fast access to the city centre.- There are a couple of cafes and a supermarket right downstairs, as well as a couple of restaurants that we haven't really checked out.-The staff was friendly and accommodating.
  : - The rooms face towards the street and although it's usually quiet, it can get a bit noisy at times.-The hairdryer was very weak, so it was hard to dry our hairs.- Some cups and a kettle would have been great.

  : The space was clean and comfortable for getting a good nights sleep while exploring Valencia. A little outside the center but that made for a quieter stay and it is close to public transit!
