: Excellent location, new and well maintained apartment. Close to the Mercado Central - the Heaven of fresh fish, ham, fruits and vegetable.
: The bed cover was dirty, so the cleaning person need to be more careful.

: Location, layout and cleanliness. Amparo was very helpful, with timely responses on any questions we had.
: Before our trip our credit card we had used for booking and holding the appartment was compromised. This led to the cancelation ( without prior warnind)of our booking (through booking.com), which I rectified within 24 hours with a different credit card. This cancelation, which was of no fault of mine, ended up costing us an additonal 200 euros for 4 nights stay on top of the original fee. I did ask for the original price, to be honored but did not receive a response. Must say was disappointed by this approach.

: the apartment was clean and quiet. The location was excellent.
: the check in process was horrible - I had to call because I hadn't received any email with instructions. the entire process depends on you receiving an email with links to an app, and on you having a charged cellphone with internet access - which international travelers may not have. There was literally nobody available to ask so I had to make an international call to have information sent to me, as we were on a busy street with luggage and no way of gaining access. If you're going to rely on technology you should make sure it works well, and think about who your clients are. The person I reached was helpful, but it shouldn't be this difficult. The whole process was quite soulless. There were only two very thin pillows on the bed, and a thin cotton blanket. I did find an extra bolster and quilt, but there were no covers for them so I question how clean they were. Also, the property was listed as having a washing machine but we never found it.

: Great location opposite the fantastic central market and close to then cathedral.
: Somewhat tricky to gain access to, having to visit another street a short walk away (with bags) to collect the keys from a locker (locker box was empty but luckily someone was there to help us)

: Great location, quiet at night (which is rare for this part of town), attentive and friendly staff support via WhatsApp. There is a sense of security in the apartment.
: Could be cleaner as people with allergies to dust will find it hard to stay there. Total lack of natural light due to location of windows and the corridor type of apartment, but it is how it is. Although the kitchen had some pots and cups, it lacked basic cutlery.

: Location was amazing overlooking central market. The apartment was immaculate, modern and very comfortable. Also having a laundry room available was a real bonus. Perfect place in which to tour around the old city yet still quiet at night.
: The check in process was a little tricky as other reviews have mentioned but the staff were extremely helpful and responsive on WhatsApp so this wasnt so much of a problem.

: Perfect location, just a few steps and you are in the central market! I can not imagine a better location in Valencia. I highly recomend this great location! Also the flat has very good noise isolation, you can sleep well although there is some noise outside.
: I would expect some more furniture, there was no proper wardrobe in the flat, only some open shelfs. It was ok for 3 nights, but can not imagine it for a longer stay. Also there were some damages in the bathroom that nobody repared. The flat is renovated but you can understand that if there is some damage, nobody takes care. The couch in the living room that we used for the 3rd person is really not comfortable at all. The couch was moving all the time and it was even going to fold if you move... not stable bed to sleep.
