  : The Hotel is located in a area close to the commercial trade fair with good connection to the public transport in Valencia. The Staff was very nice and always eager to help, great service all over in my opinion. The Breakfast was nicely done and only a few times was there a little waiting for a refill of the food served. The room i stayed in (2006) was spacious and most of the furniture was in great shape, the bathrooms are in a modern style and up to good standard. General cleanliness was great all over.
  : The Hotel itself starts on the 14th floor and only 2 Elevators are avaible for guests, there can be longer waiting time. Inside the room (2006) there were only sliding doors, one even blocked by screws and could not be used, the sliding door for the toilet to seperate from the rest of the bathroom was nearly unusable as it got stuck and was harder to move afterwards. The TV and WiFi seemed outdated for a hotel, also the Smart TV could not be used prober as it was not connected to the internet. The WiFi often disconnected or was very slow. The Air con also seemed somewhat out of date and could have been cleaned, as a layer of dust was vissible on it.
