: Eventhough it was not available at the arrival, on next days I could park the car in the paid hotel garage.
: I have ordered the hotel, because they were promising river view and even balcony in the room description on booking.com. I became absolutely disappointed and angry, when they gave me a room looking into an ugly extremely narrow street and the windows of the opposite house were looking directly into my bed, no chance to let the window and shaders open! It was very hot in the room. They were promising modern aircondition. It did not work. So I asked to repair it. The lady at the reception said it is not working in the whole hotel (!), as it is not hot yet. But, my room was hot! I was really sweating and the windows could not stay open, because... Finally, she gave me another room, still not river view, but at least the opposite windows were not so close (patio). And she said I had to write in the special request section that I wanted a room with river view! In my booking confirmation the room should have it, so why should I ask extra for this??? BTW, the hotel has no balconies at all, 2 or 3 rooms have these "French balconies", i. e. only balcony doors without balcony. Too many incorrect descriptions on the web! All this made me very disappointed. As to the breakfast: quite basic and every day the same (with rather hard and dry scrambled egg); OK for one day, but if longer...
