  : It was spacious and the bathrooms were clean and a nice property
  : The floor and surfaces were dirty and dusty. The in house form informed us that if any damage was caused we would be fined which is fair enough. The problem was the property was damaged in numerous places. We contacted the host Carlos to tell him it wasn't clean and to let him know about the damaged areas. He immediately became defensive and accused us of being typical brits in search of a free holiday, so of course this made us very uneasy.We never saw Carlos, or anyone, no one came to check the property.The previous property we stayed in, in salamanca, we rated a 10. We are not those people he accused us of being. Hence to say, we will never be returning.Also the bedding was very old and didn't look very clean.

  : Vey nice location to old city and close to a parking lot. Carlos was very nice and kind host. The apartment was very cozy and beautiful two storys house with two bedrooms and kitchen, living room.
  : It was confuse and difficult to find the way to go to the apartment from the parking lot at first because there were several narrow alleys of unknown direction.

  : This is a two-storey apartment off a small inner courtyard, with a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor and on the first floor a bedroom, sitting/dining room, shower room and kitchen. Narrow but well-equipped kitchen, with full range of appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. Washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets supplied, but not clothes washing powder/liquid. En-suite to the downstairs bedroom a small shower and toilet were ingeniously built in under the stairs. Hand wash and sachets of shampoo and shower gel were supplied.
  : There was a faded sign on the front windowsill showing a score of 9.4 for 2016. The place is now looking a bit tired and dated - for example, 3 of the 4 mugs had chips/cracks round the edge. There was quite a lot of noise from upstairs (furniture scraping in tiled floor and water pipes).The apartment was very dark inside, with lots of dark wood, made worse by the appalling rainy weather.The kitchen ceiling and the extractor fan in the upper shower room leaked, but the rain was truly torrential. We tried, but failed, to understand the English translation of the instructions as to what to with the kitchen rubbish bag. The public car park was indeed only 1 minutes walk away, but the stairs up from the car park (lift out of order), steps in the street and cobbled alleyways made it very difficult going for wheeled suitcases. The host gave us 30 euros in cash to pay for our two days parking, but actually it was 33 euros (albeit reduced from 44 euros). There was no bath mat supplied for the lower shower room - stepping out of the shower onto a tiled floor was slippery and dangerous.

  : Location is great, building is very impressive, an apartment is big. Host is nice and taking care of all the needs.
  : Air-conditioning didn't work well. The bed is small and not very comfortable.
