  : Location was great, right on the main square. Check in system was smart and easy to use. Free coffee was a nice touch!!!

  : The location is great and I really appreciated the fresh daily towels free of charge and free hot and cold water. Black coffee is probably great for many people but i didn't like the taste of the coffee but its still a good service I guess. So many bathrooms, toilets and showers with excellent privacy. Access to the kitchen on my floor with a microwave and fridge.Thank you.
  : An empty floor to myself on the top floor, lots of stairs all the way up means it would be difficult with more luggage and the horrible morrocan boy Mohammed who shared the room on the 2nd night, he was unbelievably rude and disrespectful and sat on his bed and watched me all the time and got up 8 times thru the night to open his locker loudly,put the light on to use the loo, and look at me every time he came bear my bed for no reason. When i asked him to stop he was rude in his language. We didn't communicate in the same language and he giggled thru the night knowing it would creep me out. This was the worst experience for me being alone on the whole level, knowing noone else was around. It seemed empty and I hated this as there was no help available. Very unsafe. I couldn't sleep at all and there was no assistance from the hostel although they communicated over the app and WhatsApp regularly about hostel needs, they ignored all my messages about this problem.
