  : the room and facilities were clean. They also have air con which can be appreciated in hot summer time...but it was too chilly for me. Good place if you don't want to hear anything. very close to the seaside.
  : It was really too silent to my taste...had the feeling of a dormitory so no good vibes in the air. I might have come in the wrong period maybe. Rooms were always dark, due to the curtains and aircon was on 24h/24h...no chance to dry the clothes..Had to pay to rent the locker but noone was there at the check out to get de deposit money back.

  : Most of the people there were very nice
  : One of the people working there an older gentleman was very annoying. He was standing above us the entire time as if we were annoying him. When the common space was closed we promptly cleaned up and left. All he had to do was come back and ask us to clean up instead of hovering over us the entire night.

  : Nice hostel not far from the old city, easy check-in, good facilities and clean.
  : You put the bed sheets on yourself - which is totally fine, but they are individually wrapped in plastic, which is not very environmentally friendly.

  : Good privacy and decent light- and soundproofing with curtains on the beds. The rooms are rather spacious in general. The bathrooms were clean and well-lit. The common area/kitchen not too big but good for socialising (though there was not a lot of that when I was there). Everything in Tarifa is just 5 min on foot, so the location is good by definition. The neighbourhood is also very quiet, so no noise from outside. Codes at both the outer and dorm doors, which I like. Drying rack in the room, though if there were more surfers in the hostel that'd probably not be enough.
  : As usual for most hostels I stayed at - not enough space to put one's things on (a single hook per ber in the room, one common bench in the bathrooms and no space in the shower cabins. At times the common area was full and there was no space at the tables / not enough chairs for everyone (but that happened only once).

  : Family run, excellent beds. Spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room in dorm.It's quite a small hostel so can't expect the range of facilities of a big one but was comfy, had a full on kitchen, good showers, privacy curtains in dorms, is kept spotless and is in a good location for access to Tarifa town & beaches. Was quiet when I was there so few other guests but in summer will be banging
  : They turn off the electricity in the kitchen when evening staff goes home at about 23:00. Obv to stop people cooking & making noise into late hours and disturbing other guests. Inconvenient if I wanted to drink tea before bed.
