  : Good location, very close to the marina, suite was nice and had a great balcony offering full privacy, it was on the north/west corner, so we got to see the sunset and Far dArtrutx. Suite was lovely, bedroom was big, bathroom had both a tub and a shower, living room had a nice couch.
  : Maybe lacked a couple utensils more, the knife was without sharpness, no wine glasses, no bowls in which you could use for chips, salads etc. Also the spa is very small and to use a sauna you had to go into the pool area first and there was no closet where you could change clothes, also no shower.

  : great location and great rooms with plenty of space. hotel staff were helpful and friendly- all areas clean and fresh.
  : in early May night time temperatures drop quite a bit and the room has no insulation so it did get cold. Aircon would only cool down- not able to heat.

  : Varied breakfast, almost everyday some different and special products! The location is perfect if you want to visit the most famous beaches in Menorca, close to Ciutadella for the nightlife.

  : We liked the hotel's spaciousness, tasteful furnishings, decoration, use of marble in the interior, dimensions and layout of the pool, garden areas with exotic trees, billiard tables, table tennis and table hockey by the pool. The way to our suite in block C was pleasant despite the greater distance, there was a lot to look at, the only drawback was a few steps behind the elevator, which we had to climb down with a heavy suitcase. However, we were most surprised by the cleanliness of our suite. We were also impressed by the welcome box of chocolates, the decorative kitchen utensils, the marble kitchen worktop, the ornaments on the ceiling of the rooms, the paintings in the room, and the headboard of our bed. We were also pleased with the detail that the hotel has an osmosis water filter, which made it possible to drink tap water. We also really liked the furniture and other equipment of the suite, its marble and tiled interior, the taste and style in which it was designed. We also praise the creative making of the bed, which changed every day, and the chocolates placed on the made bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, it could be switched between cooling and heating. There were also blankets in the closet for colder nights. The guests at the hotel were polite, greeted passers-by, even the rather eccentric ones were there to entertain others, so the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and very pleasant to relax on a pool lounger.
  : There is no portier here. What we lacked here were bathrobes and slippers. For beach towels, we had to go to the reception. The quality of food preparation on the snack bar varied from cook to cook or waitress. Sometimes the fruit in the ice cream cups ran out, the hotel was not able to order the peach juice they had on offer, we chose it every day for 10 days, and met with the order being refused . No poolside bar service here. The lifeguard, every day when he came to the pool, soaked his towels in the pool for guests, and then put them on his parasol. He looked like he did his laundry there. SPA equipment layout is satisfactory, but it only accommodates a small number of guests. Only the dry sauna was useful. The steam room had such a noisy steamer that it drowned out the relaxing music and was unbearable. The salt steam bath was out of service for the entire 10 days of our stay. The shower had dirty walls and floor and we didn't dare to go in it. Entire floor of SPA was also full of dirt, a streak of dirt in the pool at water level, as well a greasy ring around stepsrailing, and mold in the corners of pool steps. The SPA was never cleaned during our entire stay. At the area around the outdoor pool, every day there was more dirt that had been lying there for days. The cleaning robot never run at the bottom of the pool and the sand stays there. In the children's pool were floating clumps of dirt, which were removed the next day after being photographed and reported to the reception. The next day we noticed the same ones in the area of the large pool. However, we came on vacation, not to deal with complaints. We went to the restaurant only once for dinner, at the entrance they told us that we could choose a table. We chose a round table in the corner. A waitress came and pointedly warned us that such a table is only for groups. None of us were satisfied with either the menu or the quality of what we chose. We waited long standing at the exit to pay.
