  : Not much. Not enough positives to compensate the negatives. The staff in general is professional; the person who is asking for the room number at the restaurant was noticeably nice. The ski lockers are spacious.
  : The bathroom literally stinking of sewage the whole week - there is no point of having a superb spa if it is to bog down the overall drainage system of the hotel. The view against the next door building. The very impersonal atmosphere everywhere, especially in the very large and noisy restaurant. This is not a hotel for solo travellers if you wish for quiet and cosy because you will probably be surrounded by noisy and overpowering families. It feels like when you are a woman of a certain age in a single room you have become invisible and could be relegated to the not-so-nice bedrooms and the tables next to the kitchen area (not always but offered that sort of tables at least 4 times until I declined the offer and ask for another one). TV channels are all Spanish except for 4 international channels (2 niche in English and 2 news French channels). A bit poor for a 4* hotel of international reputation.

  : Great and helpful staff on reception. Thank you very much. Great breakfast. Ski Lockers are good. Location ok, but it is not ski-in as suggested in marketing, quite a way to lifts.
  : Info about parking. I rang and was told there was none, so I used the underground which wasn't convenient. Charge for pool and spa- outrageous. We would not return because of this (all 7 of us!) So you lost a lot of business. Difficult to navigate, we needed a plan of the hotel and the resort. Room was a little dark. Temperature control was difficult and not easy to get room right.

  : Short walk from Gondola lift, restaurants and bars. Excellent choice of breakfast. Everywhere light & bright & clean. When we needed help with a practical matter, the engineer was up to our room immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  : Very central location, nice and comfortable rooms. Beautiful spa and nice bar area, gaming room for families. Big breakfast buffet.

  : cleaning was awful - contact lenses on the bathroom floor and nail clippings all around the sink / sides

  : The buffet food (breakfast & dinner) was excellent - a good selection, well prepared and nicely presented.
  : The kids' pool didn't open until 5pm. We found this tricky when our small children had had enough skiing. Children are NOT allowed in the main spa pool - this should be clearly pointed out on the booking platform.
