  : Great location, wonderful staff and even better customer service. On our first night, our room was quite loud. I mentioned this to reception the morning after and after apologising profusely, they gave us free breakfast. Upon arriving back at the hotel that evening, we came back to a bottle of bubbly waiting for us in our room! Amazing customer service, will definitely be back.
  : Parts of the hotel are quite noisy but that can be expected in the centre of Seville, after our first night we really didnt notice it.

  : Liked the location, facilities on offer, cleanliness and all staff, (especially the receptionist on the night shift who helped me when I had a bit of melt down) Helpful and friendly. Nothing to much trouble. Even left us a bottle of fizz in our room which was a nice gesture.
  : The only gripe I had, but didnt complain about was the lack of view/light from our room window. But apart from that no complaints. Im sure if I had I mentioned it to the team, that they probably would have accommodated a room move for me had it been available.
