  : Location is quite convenient with a decent (by Spanish standards) parking nearby. There are rooms on 3 floors with the terrace on the roof, but we barely went there since it was 45 degrees during daytime and well over 30 in late evening. We mainly hanged out on the 3rd floor which has a dining area, kitchen and TV. I still think it was a decent value despite all issues. And the lady welcoming us was very nice and helpful.
  : AC in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor wasnt working, which made it almost impossible to sleep. Whoever does cleaning doesnt do his/her job properly - lots of debris under the sofa on the 3rd floor, for example. Kitchen is tiny - suitable for one person cooking at the same time. Bathrooms are very small too. But lets be realistic here - its a very old house which cant be compared to any modern ones. Has its charm still. Beds are really poor - I barely slept for the first 2 nights. All in all these issues you can live with, really. No regrets.

  : The actual apartment does not look like the picture. Interior design is very simple.The cleanliness especially in the bathroom can be improved. The flushing button sometimes does not work well.

  : location, very pleasant helpful host. surroundings. easy access to many places in Seville. all within walking distance. allowing us to have late checkout as the flight was late at night.
  : The quality of the property. looks very different from the photos. floor, bathrooms and general cleanliness could be much better

  : Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment in a wonderful location, close to main attractions. Very comfy beds. Balcony a bonus. Great advice from host on the area and attractions.
  : We hadnt realised the balcony wasn't on the same floor as the apartment (2 floors up from the apartment). But had comfy seating, a bathroom up there and was exclusive to the apartment, so still v much appreciated!

  : Tastefully decorated with all the necessary facilities. The roof terrace was fantastic and the window blinds great. It has a good vibe.
  : No chopping board and needs more towel hooks and toiletry shelfs.
