  : Property itself is lovely - the city is stunning. Lovely food. The communication from the owners was on the whole excellent although the identity of the property could be improved - more on that in the next section. Great if you don't need a car.
  : Location and parking - it does say parking is not included but what's not clear is that there is simply no parking in the area whatsoever - no private parking to pay for (we did see one underground one at 45 euros a day) no municipal parking (paid or free) (other than on the outskirts - about a 25 Euro uber each way) and the parking style is very rough. Bumper to bumper. Most cars have dents. And dents. And are old, If you have a hire car (as we did) it will likely be damaged. And that was going to expose us to a 1400 euro excess, per piece of damage. Very narrow streets. Bollards everywhere. Nightmare - we vacated the property after one night (just no where to park our car) and found somewhere else to stay (where a car could be parked). Second - getting in was sort of easy enough - but there was a communication issue - there is a push-open gate into courtyard. No probs. The key safe worked, good. We got into the hallway of the flatted property and the instructions said the property was "first left" so we tried the first house we saw on the left....which was right in front of the entrance to the hallway - we tried and could get nowhere - a local gestured we were at the right house - the chat on WhatsApp at least could help (that guy was brilliant) and after a bit of faff with videos and phones (at midnight) we were advised it was "first floor, left" so we had been trying someone else's house. Inside the house is fine. The property is small, and well decorated - if you want to go there, its pretty much a "must" that you do not have a car.

  : Furnishing and fittings very modern and up to date. All mod cons available. Very comfortable apartment for three persons.
  : Apartment block stairwell a bit smelly. No problem inside the apartment. Everything else perfect .

  : The area was ok, but far from the center of Sevilla. The building was noisy, especially at night.

  : Everything was nice. Good location and decent price.
  : Some of the AC remotes werent working. Also, would be nice if the TV had an HDMI cable.

  : Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, bakery, etc. We walked to the old town and city sights. A little longer walk, but perfect if you like walking. Comfortable apartment. Everything there that we needed. Good size. Newly renovated. Good hot water.
  : Hard to find parking on the street.
