  : Staff was friendly enough
  : College dorm. Don't expect any charm. Numbers worn off the confusing keypad to get through the gate. No instructions provided to get in - just expect to need to reach the 24 hr. front desk or security when arriving or allow another guest to let you through.VERY noisy guests and room. The first night I thought I made a terrible mistake staying here. Finally, security showed up to quiet the guests. The second night wasn't much better. Loud music from another room. Quiet hours were observed after midnight. Just don't expect to enjoy or relax in the space until after. Super basic cafeteria breakfast with unripe fruit. Confusing internet login process with slow erratic internet internet service. But even the cellular network internet is slow in Seville.

  : I tried to arrange a cancellation on the room prior to visiting but because i asked a question to the property (and it took so long for them to reply) booking.com blocked the option to cancel. This option then expired once the property got back to me which meant i had to pay the full price. I eventually got to the property a day late and they gave me somebody else's room key, when i arrived into the room this person was out but all their items were in the room - a huge security and safety issue at this hostel.

  : Young students are playing football in the corridor & making incredible noises all the time, mostly after 11pm so impossible to sleep , the residence has the potential but unfortunately no control on the behavior of students.

  : there are no quiet hours. everyone makes noise until 2:00 a.m., no one bothers customers in the peace of the night. and the breakfast is the worst, something vague, there is no ham, no cheese, no normal bread... there is no juice either... so the price for breakfast is a steal.

  : Clean room with a bathroom, 2 beds, breakfast was included (rather good, yogurt, bread and butter, milk, cereals, muffins, juice, coffee).
  : Some things upset us: no soap (later we found liquid soap in the shower room but at first we didn't find it), no shampoo or gel. We had to make our beds on our own. The location is a bit far from the center but bus stops are rather close.

  : It was really close to the central area, and the cleaning lady was sweet
  : It smelled so bad when we arrived, i dont know if they had a sewer problem but it smelled awful, we bought febreeze and it could barely mask the smell. Also the room looked like it had not been used in a while, there were spiderwebs in the corners and in the closets, the sweet cleaning lady did come in and clean but it was still kinda gross. Also it seems to be like a dorm, you will have teenagers screaming in the halls and slamming doors, especially at night. For the price paid you are better off getting a hotel or another hostel.
