  : -Location was perfect and near the old city which is 12 mins walking away (Not easy walk but we walked it anyway). -They have a good area to park. -The girl who is responsible on everything was nice and friendly. -The room was big enough for a 2 adults and a toddler and they put a crib for free. -The weather in September was decent and we enjoyed our stay. -There are many beaches near the pension but you need a car to visit them. -La Conche beach was good for our toddler which is 10 minutes away with car. -Comillas area was cool to visit. -They have a microwave in the reception area. -The bathroom was good, big, and clean. -They did us a favor and changed the dates at the last minute without any extra fees and it was nice of them.
  : -The room's floor (Wooden parquet) was a little bit slippery for our todller. -They forgot to put clean towels 2 times and the clean towels in general looked a little bit dirty with old stains. -If they had a Kitchen kit like a boiler inside the room would've been amazing. -Our todller got stung by mosquitos multiple times at night. If they put mosquitera would've prevent the issue.

  : This is a gem of a property, our host Martina shows how these places can be run efficiently, breakfast is basic but excellent and enough for us . Martina speaks English and has good advice as to the local area which is the reason we were there, Santillana del Mar is only 15 minutes walk and is a stunning medieval town, many restaurants and bars although not all open when tourist season is coming to a close.
