  : Location, staff, facilities.
  : The lack of internet and the do called filtered drinking water which I belief was not filtered enough. Only 2 water machines for hundreds of people.. I belief the filters needed changed and it gave me bad diarrhea for my whole stay. On top of that the hotel has no first aid service! Unheard of that a sick person has to go into town to the doctor or pharmacy herself!! To serve such a big crowd of people you need at least a first aid service!!

  : It took them 4 days to fix my broken bed. I had to sleep 4 nights on a moving bed, of which one half was declined.No one took me serious for 4 days. Electricity wasnt working probably. Had to try to fix it ourselves. As a sorry they gave me voucher for a Bali bed. Turns out they double-booked it and I ended up not having one.

  : The location was great. Its a 20 minute walk to the beach at los gigantes (uphill walk) and there is a natural pool near by too. The food options at the buffet were good and a different variety. The shows each night were lovely. The all inclusive option if you dont plan to travel around tenerife like we did was a great choice.We tried the spa, and it was relaxing. 14 per person for one hour and a half. They offered a variety of features in the spa. They only allow 6 people at a time during their time slots. We had one other couple with us during our time.The hotel manager surprised us with a birthday cake and a nice message for our room since our stay was during my birthday. It was a very nice and thoughtful touch.
  : No free parking included in the stay for the hotel. Its 15 per day at their facility, if available. If not, there is free parking on the road and a parking place up the hill. We had to park at the parking place up the hill, which wasnt bad for us (30&35 year old), but it is difficult for older couples and anyone with a walking issue. The cost weekly was 30 at the other parking place, which is a better deal than the daily cost at the hotel. I am unsure if the hotel offered weekly rates or just daily.The one issue with the buffet were the flies given that everything was open areas to eat outdoors. The bar drinks by the swimming pools were awful, but if you tell the staff how you like your drink exactly, like we did, then there was no issues.

  : definitely needs fixing up a bit. some areas are looking tired. the music by the pool was too loud at times
