: Location, cleanliness, upkeep, the hotel is very well maintained, Sandra and Martin showed excellent customer service.
: Everything was okay, unfortunately on our last day for breakfast we were seated, and I proceeded to the buffet table and place two slices of bread inside the oven toaster, and immediately the waiter raised his voice and said you cannot make your toast I will bring what you need, I asked its different this morning from yesterday, he said I dont have buffet I have not check out so I will pay for today also, its per day per stay??? I was embarrassed like I was trying to eat and not pay.He said you have to order from the menu as he place a small menu I think it consists of various breads we can order and not even offer us the buffet options.I told him we wanted the buffet he said we dont have the the buffet.I had to go to the front desk to let Sandra know whats goin on.The bottom line is that we were still a guest of the hotel and have not settled out our bill. But anyway like I said I did not want to settle the matter with the waiter who embarrassed my wife and I in front of the other guests.
