  : The hotel was clean and the room was spacious - however we didnt end up staying so this didnt actually matter.
  : The staff were unbelievably rude. So much so that we moved hotel after being there for 2 hours. The hotel was advertised as a family hotel with entertainment. This was not the case. The entertainment person stayed sat in his room for the afternoon we were there. He said because of there not being enough children he wouldnt be following the entertainment schedule advertised. We asked about the following day and he said probably not. I questioned this with the reception and asked if there were other amenities in the area and they seemed to be confused as to why this was an issue. They said the area is quiet he probably isnt working because of the weather. The receptionist Natalia was particularly rude and seemed to find it funny that I was asking the questions. I decided to cut my losses and book another hotel (Sol Katmandu) as we were only there for 2 night on our first mummy - daughter trip. I am honestly baffled at how rude and unprofessional the staff were. It was the best decision to move.

  : Very spacious and modern apartment for 4 persons. Even though there is no parking available from the property you can park on the street for free (if there are no blue lines between the parking spots). We went in april and there were lots of free spots.
  : Dirty dishes and no basic cooking equipment - spatula, ect. Sofa bed in the living room had a "hole" and it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

  : This was great value for money in April for a family of five. apartment was spacious and easily slept 5 of us including one adult teenager and putt two other teenagers. However in the summer we would not stay as the price was excessive
