  : The location is excellent.The lunch and dinner in the restaurant were also really good.The bakery and roof garden were also a bonus.
  : The breakfast whilst being ample and has some choice leaves a little to be desired.I tried the cooked items the first morning which were cold.The fruits, cereals, breads, pastries etc of the cold buffet were fine.Room servicing each day required a little chivvying from us to keep it up to scratch.On the final morning we needed to leave the hotel by 8am. We asked about breakfast but were told that nothing would be available. The option of taking away perhaps a bread roll some fresh fruit and a yogurt would have been a nice touch?

  : What a fantastic location in Es Cana. We didnt pay to upgrade our room but we still got a sea view! We were on the top floor right next to the shared sunny roof terrace which had fantastic views. The bed was huge and comfortable with decent pillows. Good shower. The room was tastefully decorated. Breakfast was lovely; Im vegan and there wasnt a huge amount of choice but I still had a delicious breakfast each morning; toast with guacamole and tomatoes, cereal, plenty of fruit, jams. Theres a bean-to-cup coffee machine which was great for our caffeine fix. They even had oat milk.The breakfast room overlooks the sea and is a really lovely space. This was one of the cheapest options available in the area, so I didnt expect much, but was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were all lovely :)
  : The air conditioning could have been better but was just about fine for 27ish degrees outside. The roof terrace needs tidying up in places but is still a lovely place to sit. We couldnt see very well through the window in our room because it was either dirty or the glass had blown, which was a shame because the view was gorgeous. There had been quite a big storm the day before day before we arrived, so it may have been down to that. No lift at the property, but we didnt mind that. None of these things would put us off booking again.

  : Food excellent staff excellent, professional, friendly, very obliging where the hotel is positioned
  : No lift, so 4 flights of stairs every time, bit much with suitcases on arrival & departure.No toilet near the roof top solarium.No grab rails & no shelf in the walk in shower to put any toiletries. Needed a socket behind the kettle to save moving it to another socket.

  : Great location, nice buffet breakfast included, sun terrace on roof was a bonus! Very popular restaurant below with fantastic food & competitively priced.
  : No balcony in our room (my error when booking!) which made it difficult to dry our beach stuff as nowhere to hang anything. Also only one bottle of water included, you could buy from their bakery below but twice the price of supermarkets.
