  : The property location was good, near the bus stop and shopping malls, about walking distance to the centre of Santa Cruz.
  : Access to the property was a nightmare! the agent sent an app to replace the key, you have to download that app and use it to unlock the principal and the apartment door. however, when I arrived, I could not access the principal door as the app did not work. the concierge lady said this has been an issue all time for guests coming, I was surprised nothing mentioned in the reviews. after half an hour trying to contact the agent. the security allowed me to access the building, thanks to a random guy who helped in translation. The app worked for the apartment door and there was one set of key in the apartment. I explained this to the agent, she said the app does work on her phone but still didnt work on my phone. The problem was we were friends travelling together, we couldnt do our own things as we had to leave the apartment all together and back together due to the access issue. The problem did not solved till we left. In addition to the access issue, the main bathroom drainage was very slow, you have to be extra careful when you have shower otherwise the water will move to fill the bathroom and the floor become very slippery. The pressure of the shower was extremely low, we all had to use the shower in the en-suit.

  : The check in was completely contactless. The communication was excellent. The flat had all the amenities you'd need to cook. There were even some spices in the cupboard. Fluffy towels, Netflix, high speed Internet. Really everything I needed to work remotely and very comfortably.
  : The check in process was complicated. Having to download an app that needed WiFi and Bluetooth was not smooth. If there are issues with people's WiFi on holiday, this could be problematic. Would have just been easier to have a lockbox with a normal key. The shower pressure was very low.

  : The location and views from the apartment were great.
  : -Bluetooth and WiFi needed to use the smart keys, could be problematic if you have data or roaming issues. If you are travelling with someone else, make sure to ask the letting company to set them up on the smartphone app needed to gain entry as well. -Access to carpark: We could not get back into the carpark one of the days of our trip. When I contacted the letting company about the issue, they were unhelpful, only saying it should be working. We were told that if the fob to access the carpark does not work, the system is 'overloaded' and try again in a few minutes. This is completely incorrect. We worked out for ourselves that if you do not use the fob to exit the carpark (i.e. follow another car out who has already opened the gate), the fob will not allow you to enter again. Luckily another resident drove up and used their fob to let us in. -Shower in main bathroom had practically no water pressure and was unusable. An issue that previous guests have also highlighted but has not been rectified. -No hand soap provided in bathrooms, only the little bottles of shampoo/shower gel

  : The views were exceptional.The double bed was the best l have slept on. Netflix is provided free and also had really good WiFi available.The quality of the decor and soft furnishings is very good and seating was comfortable.The front desk staff were very kind and helpful once we gained entry to the main building. There was also a very kind maintenance man who helped us gain entry to apartment as we had never used this app system before.
  : The system to gain entry to the property was extremely stressful. We had to get a bus to the office as no way could you walk with cases etc. although we are elderly we consider ourselves fit. After eventually finding the office where keys are kept there is no signage to indicate which number you press to gain entry. We had to hang about till someone was leaving and they let us enter. We then had to get the bus back to the apartment. By this time hours had passed. We were exhausted. You have to download an app which then allows you to enter apartment. Not everyone owns a smartphone so l feel this should be highlighted somewhere before paying for your holiday.The shower in the main bathroom floods when you try to use it. It appears this has been a problem for some time and has never been rectified.The cleaning of the apartment need some supervision as there was a layer of thick dust on all glass surfaces in the balcony area. Its entirely possible that the owner trusts that things are done correctly.We did not feel welcomed in this apartment.
