  : The AC WASNT WORKING
  : The AC wasnt working. I couldnt sleep. Reception could not give us assistance. I hope booking will refund me. No elevator. I needed to carry heavy luggage up to the third floor with a back injury. No one could help me. Definitely never staying here again. Too expensive for not even having the Ac working.

  : Convenient location: close to Es Pujols' center, quite, and private parking.
  : We had issues 3 times with the keys (magnetic cards) that caused us to change the apparent during our stay. The staff, though, has always been really helpful.

  : Spacious apartment, parking , location near main road good for access and not too far from centre, frequent towel change.
  : Apartment on second/top floor. Had we known we probably wouldn't have booked . Stairs were a nuisance as we're both in our 70s. Location/floor should be made known at booking stage.As we arrived around midnight , a welcome pack would have been nice ie basic provisions.

  : The location is good within walking distance from the beach and many restaurants. The apartment is very basic but clean. The balcony is big.
  : No supplies for cleaning dishes was provided but you still need to wash them yourselves. It seems a bit much to buy a whole bottle of dishwashing liquid to be able to wash a few plates. Also, there is no air conditioning in the bedroom.
