  : Unique setting and a beautiful design. Pool was key to making it an escape / reason we booked.
  : The wifi was terrible an unacceptable for a hotel in a city at the price charged. It failed constantly and so weird that each room got a code one code all floors and it also did not work by the pool. Staff tried to fix but no use.Coffee was helpful but there should be some basic snacks available to all guests due to the remote location. We arrived early and asked if we could check in.room was available early for a fee, not a great way to welcome guests in a boutique experience.

  : The property was beautiful, lovely decor and felt quite luxurious
  : The room we had was directly next to reception area and breakfast, lounge area. You could here both reception and guests talking and coffee machine ect from where breakfast buffet is kept

  : The views, staff and quality of beds, sheets and towels.
  : The parking arrangement. There is no parking at the hotel that is in the hills overlooking San Sebastian. The hotel has a parking arrangement in the centre. This is a ten minute taxi ride 12 euros. The hotel offer a taxi to pick you up and take you back (30euros) . Not ideal location if you want to spend time in the centre.

  : This place has that magazine-worthy style. Plus, the view of San Sebastin is great
  : There were a few drawbacks that made our stay disappointing. First of all, the parking situation was quite confusing. Although Booking mentioned that the hotel had parking, it turned out that they meant the hotel provided parking in the city center. At least, the parking fee included at least two taxi rides per day. Secondly, while the room itself was beautiful, it lacked some conveniences. There was no fridge, nowhere to hang swimsuits or pool towels, and the hairdryer provided looked out of place in the room's interior. Moreover, the Wi-Fi didn't work well. Last but not least, the staff's attitude towards guests left much to be desired. When we arrived 15 minutes before the 3 pm check-in time, we were asked to wait because "check-in starts at 3 p.m." I was almost certain our room was ready by then, so we were surprised by their unnecessary inflexibility. To top it off, after our room was cleaned, we found our pajamas crumpled and stuffed between the pillows. While I didn't expect them to be neatly folded or hung up, this was quite unexpected.

  : The hotel that has a lot of contradictions in my mind. The location is far from the city and get by foot is a bit complicated , nothing near , you have to order in advance food . But in the other hand the location on the hill gives you a very nice view , fresh air and relax .Design of the hotel looks very instagramable , I was attracted to see it , but in reality almost everything in a very bad quality . So very cool design ideas , nice decor from Scandinavia , but the realization of everything in a poor quality . To my regret . Staff was very different , the boy was very unhelpful , the lady which worked on evenings was very nice . I was very disappointed that they do not have a baby chair , or they had but it was broken . So in my mind they need to revise the quality of all they offer for such a price of stay

  : The house is absolutely stunning and decorated with taste. The view was everyday breathtaking!Very peaceful environnement!
  : The fact that half of the staff doesnt speaks English makes the whole experience difficult and not very smooth. With one of them the communication was literally impossible. Which is unacceptable for a property of this kind and the price you pay per night.The self service bar and breakfast also feels like they are understaffed and that you are a bit left alone doing your own things. While the imagine of the hotel is quite luxurious. To be improved!
