  : It was ok for one night
  : Kitchens are locked! Aging rooms tbh, bathroom door didn't open properly. Rooms need a make over

  : Hotel is big and there is paid parking inside. Restaurant wasn't busy when we were there, staff at the restaurant were very friendly.
  : Swimming pools were not heated, there was nobody using them (end of April) since the water was so cold. Snackbar was also closed. There's a bit of a drive to get out of the hotel neighbourhood. Food at the restaurant was well made, but nothing fantastic. Hotel is on the path of incoming airplanes for the Tenerife South airport so there is constant airplane traffic (every 10 to 15 minutes) during the day. We knew that when we booked and it didn't bother us. We are not coming back to this hotel again.

  : Walking, shops but good weather.
  : The hotel needed a bit of a face lift. Fresh paint, furniture needed painting so badly in our room.

  : Staff very welcoming. Buffet dinner and breakfast great choices. Bed very comfy. Closeness to airport.
  : Rooms could do with a lick of paint and say the bathroom mirrors replaced. It's the little details that would make the difference.

  : Staff in the restaurant where they serving breakfast was very polite and friendly.
  : At the beginning when we arrive to the hotel and get the room we notice that the beds weren't ready. We saw how dirty is the mattress. I ask the employees to change the beds but the said they don't have any to change. Room was not comfortable. I was sleeping on the bed where kids should sleep because it was not acceptable for kids. When I was leaving I ask for an invoice but I did not receive it without an reason. They assured me it will be send by email but after 2 months I still did not get it. Lock in balcony doors was damage and I couldn't lock it. There was a stench from the air conditioning was we decided not to use it. I do not recommend this hotel. 5* ???? this is a bad joke !!! I regret that I didn't take photos of this.

  : The room was very spacious and bed and sofa was comfortable.The location was great as it was a 10 minute drive from the airport.
  : The planes flying over the hotel every 5 minutes to land. Pool was small and freezing cold. No room service available.
