  : Location and view were great.
  : On our third or fourth night i saw a cockroach in our bathroom. I killed it with one of the bath towel. When I notified the receptionist he didnt even get surprised, and told me he is going to send someone to change the towel. I just had a feeling after that, if i had a cockroach in my room where there is actually no food, what could possibly going on in the kitchen. Im glad that I finally left today. Girl from the shop wasnt back on time from her break, had to waist my time waiting for her.Dusty shelves.Room wasnt properly cleaned, when we left the sign on the bed to ask the cleaner to change the sheets she didnt do it.Crockery in the restaurant was greasy/chipped/dirty quite often.

  : Barcel Tenerife is a beautiful resort. Big, spacious, clean, a lot of pool options. The hotel has different areas so you can find peaceful spaces and also fun activities. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The kids club and animation team are brilliant.
  : No real showstoppers, would be fantastic if the Wi-Fi was secure, signal quite challenging at get good connection for mobile data and hot spot. Pools could be heated to a slightly higher temperature and more options to cater for food intolerances, however the alternative non dairy milk options were good.

  : this hotel is suitable for single use. We were traveling as a family and there was a bad incident with the rudeness of one of the guests which was not resolved by the hotel staff

  : The whole hotel resort is really nice, a lot of pools, activities to do and the decorations are beautiful.It is close to the airport which is good for when you have to go there or if you are coming from the airport, i would say it is a good stop by to stay there for some time.The staff is really kind, they give you all the informations, call a taxi for you which comes really fast if you have to go somewhere.
  : There was a bit of a wait for a check-in since the cleaning ladies do start with the cleaning very late and it can go on after 15:00 (check-in time)The cleanliness of the bathroom is not that good, the bath, shower, sink faucet do stain a bit already so it gives the old/ dirty look when you look at it, everything else is cleaned good. I would maybe recommend to put some good fragrance in the room after cleaning. The buffet could also be a bit better, with the freshness and warmth of the food, and maybe always/every day a bit more options from meat, to seafood,mixed cuisine ... (not only by the theme of the day so as one day seafood, other day middle eastern food,..) so that there is always an option for someone that doesn't eat everything.
