  : Very thin walls between the rooms with televisions attached to them is a guarantee for sleepless nights. Despite phone calls to the staff it was a night full of television sounds. Regret to have stayed here.

  : This was a lovely, well-maintained hotel and met our needs perfectly! We traveled as a family of three. No need to pay for their breakfast -- it was easy to walk to a cafe for a croissant or pastry in the mornings. Perfect location in walking distance to everything, including the monastery in San Lorenzo.
  : No major complaints! Only minor ones: The room keys seemed to be de-activated daily and we had to go to the front desk to re-activate (we did not store them near our phones or other magnets). Because one needs a key inserted in the slot in the room, we were unable to leave devices charging when we were out. We would have loved washcloths, not just towels (an American thing?). But one of these was a big deal. Overall our stay was excellent and we would absolutely stay here again!

  : Value for money was significantly below expectations. We took an upgrade and even though, small room, cant even open a big suitcase properly. We got after complaining a better category but still very low standards. Stains in the bathroom - humidity. No cattle , no coffee machine. Incredibly noisy. We could understand every word from the people in the room next to us. Very disappointing.
