  : Staff exceptionally helpful and approachable. Fabulous pool and pool area with very comfortable loungers. Excellent spa facilities. We were upgraded to a suite for a very reasonable rate but the original room I would describe as expensive for what it was. The actual headline price for the suites was not something we had been prepared to pay and I still think the full price was not really justified.
  : Having only one restaurant with the same menu for the duration of our stay meant we had to go out to eat most nights which meant one of us driving. I know Ibiza well but would not have wanted to drive at night if it had been my first visit. We had some great recommendations from staff but it would have been nice to have had the option to eat at the hotel more often. We stayed for a week as needed to crash. Better to suited to a shorter stay.

  : Nice breakfast buffet, quiet surroundings, great facilities (e.g. large pool, gym, free access to small spa, restaurant open for evening dinner & light meals by the pool, shower available for late departures, etc.), super spacious room, well thought of inside & outside
  : - Not all sunbeds have a parasol which I found quite surprising/annoying - I swam in the pool and the water didn't "taste" good; not sure how often it's disinfected/cleaned - Depending on how the wind blows, you sometimes hear traffic from the large road close by - Restaurant serving tasty food yet very expensive for the portion size

  : I like the minimalist approach to interior design but the lounge area of our suite felt empty rather than tastefully styled.Wasps at breakfast were a real problem.

  : The set up is amazing, we had a suite which is I believe the way to go there ! Very modern and minimalist and pretty gardenPool area is super nice Massage therapist 5 stars !
  : We had a couple of issue with the staff - we checked in very late and therefore we were not able to put a card for a deposit for the expenses during our stays - but the staff kept on asking a signature every time we would order something despite us asking to pay directly. After 2 days a lady came absolutely panicked and shamed us in front of other guests as if we were going to rob them - we learnt that previous guests have stolen or not paid their bills, but they assumed all their customers are not honest. After that, my husband got another frustrating situation where he was poorly treated and asked to pay something way before receiving it. Overall the staff could be trained to more luxurious types of facilities, with more politeness, courtesy and a better level of English. The facilities are 5 stars, which is well reflected in the price - but for EUR700 per night, not being respected by the staff was a massive issue for us.
