  : Everything is good but thats not a 5 stars. Its a very good all inclusive 4 stars I would say. I like the attention of the staff and the all inclusive aspect. The 2 restaurants (you need to book) are very good. But the buffet not that much. Only breakfast is fine.
  : The lunch & diner buffet. The cleaning staff coming at random hours and knocking. There was a little leak from the shower also that needed to be fixed and they didnt really fixed it so I had to cover with towels.

  : The hotel was stunning, one of the nicest Ive ever stayed in for sure. The view from the room was stunning and the infinity pool was an added bonus. Each night there was an amazing view of the sunset. It was very clean everywhere and very aesthetic. Lovely robes and slippers are provided in your room. It is in a great location too, around 15 minutes walk from the centre of San Antonio which was close enough but also far enough that it wasnt noisy at night.As a group of girls staying at TRS, we loved that there was a dedicated getting ready area with mirrors that had lights. This made it so much easier to do our make up etc and we had plenty of space to do so.The food was also brilliant, there was a good variety and you could easily stay in the hotel the full time with the standard of it. The staff were all so nice as well and would always go above and beyond to help you. We often had little cakes randomly brought to our room etc which was a nice touch!
  : We struggled to get a bed on a few of the days and often found that the majority of the signature level beds were not being used. We asked if we could use them and were told no, they cant be rented either. This was frustrating as they were lying empty otherwise. I would also say that at the time we went, the guests were of an older generation. We were shushed a couple of times for chatting to each other at the pool and some of the guests seemed to expect complete silence at the pool. I would keep this in mind if you are in your 20/30s and want a bit of atmosphere.Before the trip we were also sent a wish list for amenities in the room but unfortunately our rooms didnt reflect this.The only other downside was the shower screens arent very good so any time you have a shower it seems to flood the room a bit.

  : Loved the size and comfort of the room, the lovely products in the bathroom, the use of the minibar, the beautiful surroundings of the hotel itself with pools and bars. Great selection of food in Capricho restaurant. Staff very professional and helpful. When we needed a taxi, the service was instant. I particularly liked that on check out day, if you needed to wait around a while, you were at liberty to use the facilities until 4pm. That was a huge plus for me due to a late flight.
  : Unfortunately as soon as I stepped into my room I could smell that someone had previously smoked in that room, despite it being a non smoking.. The smell of cigarette smoke had permeated the soft furnishings. The hallways smelled gorgeous with whatever freshener they used, just a pity the room smelled stale. I didn't like the choice of house wines. Very acidy in taste and not always the same selection at each bar. If only I'd known to book el Gaucho and Helios restaurants as soon as I checked in. Unfortunately they were fully booked by the time I checked with the butler.

  : The hotel is very well equipped with 3 pools, a gym, spa and other things to make you feel like you are in a luxury hotel. The food is also very high quality, both in the buffet and in the two restaurants (Helios and El Gaucho). We enjoyed an all inclusive stay, and did not lack for anything. The hotel even arranged an early breakfast to our room in the morning of our early departure. The staff was always very nice and ready to assist.
  : The room was a bit small for a 5-star hotel and some amenities were missing, like a shower hat, pads etc.. House cleaning was a bit lacking as well. During our stay the shampoo and shower gel were not not added a new, and by the end of our stay they were completely missing. The bed sheets were also not replaced during our stay (we had a small stain on the bed sheet, which was not replaced). Another bit annoying thing was that all guests were required to were bracelets (which we could not remove during your stay) with colors corresponding your guest meal status (all inclusive/all inclusive premium, etc.). We felt this created a bit of tension between the guests, who examined each others bracelets and we heard multiple times guests that made comparisons. Although convinient (your room key is also part of the bracelet), we recommend the hotel to switch to color coded cards, so this inconveniences will not be repeated with other guests.

  : Amazingly good value and luxury for all-inclusive. Food was generally high quality and good variety (we don't eat meat, but plenty fish, vege and vegan options). Two a la carte restaurants for a heightened dining experience. Wonderful room ... comfy mattress and pillows were fine (once we got our memory foam ones!). Hot tub on the balcony with sunset view ... yaay.L'occitane products across the hotel. Large gym with good equipment.Immediate access to the beach and three pools to choose from.Most staff are really friendly and fell over themselves to help if there were any problems or questions. The e-butler is really helpful ... basically order or book anything by messaging.Thanks to ... sofiane, Fernando, pathe, carmen, sara and estrella in capricho, miguel and soraya in helios, angelo and daniella at the front desk. Ibiza is so small that you can get to ibiza town and the north end of the island in under 45 min.
  : Small points:1. The hotel is orientated towards pool and cocktails relaxation. There are some fitness/leisure activities but would appreciate a bit more. A yoga/pilates class and HIIT class daily would be great. Putting a pool table, table tennis table or boules could easily be done.2. The public lavatories in the lobby are really small size for size of hotel.3. Non alcoholic cocktails are premixes, which make them v sugary.4. Some of the food could do with a bit of seasoning/fresh herbs to enhance flavours. But we were happy with generally high quality and fresh food (this is not the hotel for fast food experience!).5. Not all suites have a free spa visit, which was a bit of a surprise. Not a negative, but for the hotel maintenance ... we recommend looking at flooring in rooms with jacuzzir as the boards are starting to lift a bit in high water areas.
