  : Friendly staff, clean rooms, confy beds,delicious meals, grrat swimming pool and nice views. Also situated right next to the beach area, which is a bonus.
  : Apart from an inevitable noise from the surounding area, the rooms do not have a proper loundry rack. The hotel has a great swimming pool, is meters away from a gorgeous beach and no place to dry your clothes.

  : The property was really nicely located at Las Canteras beach, it has everything around. The room was very clean and well kept and the ocean view was extremely nice. The beach club crew is super friendly and they make great drinks. The gym was very well equipped and also very nice to use.
  : We really enjoyed very much our stay, but thought that overall the price of the dinner was a little over for what was offered. Although it had a great variety, it lacked a little bit coherence in the dish choices and you can still find more exceptional flavors around for the same price range. It would be great if they can offer better coffee at breakfast or the option to get something nicer like latte macchiato. Their only fancier coffee choice is a cappuccino that has chocolate powder and not really for everyone whod like to avoid sugar, since its very sweet.We unfortunately had a little mishap at the check-out, regarding the beach towels. At the beginning you have to pay a deposit of 20 per beach towel and they give you a little card so you can get them at the beach club. You have the option of switching them for clean ones every day or keeping the same ones during for more days (we chose the latter, for a smaller environmental impact). Its a nice system, but they dont allow you to pay the deposits with a card in order to facilitate the money return, however, they forget to stress to you the importance of keeping your receipt, as the towels cards themselves seem to not be enough proof of the return of the deposit. At the time of our arrival, we had a bit of chaos and Ive misplaced my receipt. We understand that there are people that would take advantage and try steal an unattended towel and return it as if it was theirs to get the deposit, but I would like to believe thats an exception and not a rule.Otherwise I would stress then accepting the deposit on card payment would allow for an easier proof of purchase on the guests side. Or even a small note on the room charge x amount of towels rented. Theres easier ways and that would avoid the inconvenient claim of hey, your towel cards may be someone elses and I cant really give back your deposit.

  : The breakfast was excellent and had a lot of variety. The sea view from the restaurant was phenomenal. The hotel itself is located right on the beach and is close to the area where you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. There are plenty of really great cafes and restaurants nearby.
