  : No snacks at the bars at all. Some chips or peanuts always nice with some drinks. No need for all inclusive. Lift out of order for so many people and been in 5th floor with 2 kids... Beds and pillow very uncomfortable

  : Staff were very good on arrival. The location is good. The food was generally good. The room was nice and bright - recently updated and felt 'fresh'.
  : Room could have done with a sheet - it only had a duvet which was too hot on and too cold off ! The dining experience was not good. The system was 'old school' que up style.So you had to go round the whole serving area even if you only wanted the item at the end of the serving area. It made it too cramped and uncomfortable...and impossible to look at what the choices were - this definitely needs a re-think. It took us nearly 15 minutes to get from the end of the que to the finish...this also meant that if an item ran out while following the que round then it was just bad luck. They also did not have enough staff to deal with the numbers of people - and this was low season...I dread to think of high season.
