  : Location.The accommodation was spacious.The staff were helpful to a point online but I never met anyone.It was very complicated collecting keys, deposits, etc.
  : It was like a building site outside. My 8 year fell over the timber at the steps.The 5 flight of stairs we should have been informed about. It was exceptionally difficult for my wife who has rheumatoid arthritis. We had no hot water and turning on the boiler was not explained.The car parking situation was a nightmare. I recieved 3 parking tickets for being a couple of minutes out on tickets. It cost me over 100 for the time we were at the accommodation which again should have been explained as I would not have booked.
