  : The hotel is within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main attractions
  : The hotel was locked even at 3pm and I had to call the hotel number for someone to check me in. She did her bare minimum and immediately went away.My floor was completely dark. If there were light switches, they were not visible. So I had to use my phone light to walk around.Air conditioner wasnt working, the room had no fan, and the windows were closed with a metal shutter, which I had to figure out how to open. I dialed 0 and also 9 on the phone in my room but no one answered. I also called the hotel number twice from my mobile phone but no one picked up. So I had to sleep with window open. But that brought in mosquitoes and noise from people and vehicles even at 2:00AM.There have enough open space but do not allow luggage hold. The staff has no empathy or information or smiles, and told me to drag my suitcases with me as I went sightseeing. My friends stayed at Hostal Barcelona, where the staff let them hold the luggage and was very friendly.
