  : I likde the breakfast it got a bit repetitive after a while, staff was nice and the rooms where cleaned daily not deep cleaned just the beds were made.
  : Location was bad, I payed for an appartment suit and they put me on a junior and we werent meant to use the kitchen. Asked constantly to get the liquid soap refilled and they just kept giving bar soap and never refilling anything in the room

  : The beds were comfortable.
  : Careless staff - The staff would not clean the room properly. We needed to argue with them every other day for getting the room cleaned properly. The staff didn't even resupply the toiletries until we asked for them everyday! Even the cleaning staff would argue with us and tell us to contact the reception if we asked them to resupply the toiletries. Very poor breakfast menu! - Hardly anything that can be considered a good and proper breakfast. We had to go to a nearby cafe to eat properly after having the breakfast at the hotel. Also, the same menu every single day! I don't understand what kind of people eats the same menu every single day! Scammers/Cheaters - We used an extra bed for a 5 days and informed them when we didn't need it anymore. But they never removed the bed from the room even after telling them repeatedly. As it turned out, this was for a reason! While checking out, they claimed we used the extra bed for 11 days and started yelling and shouting at us! They wouldn't even let us explain our point. After 30 mins of argument, when they realised that there is no way we will pay the unfair extra amount, they backed down. Dimly lit room - The room didn't have proper lights either. Only dimly lit lamps which made the room rather depressing. To put things in perspective, there was not enough light to even read a book.
