  : We had to go there because our flight was cancelled. Not the first choice. It was clean but nothing impressive
  : They gave us a room for disables on the ground floor. Breakfast open at 8 and we had to leave earlier. They allow us to eat something but we felt compared to whom stay longer we have been treated differently

  : Very disappointed that pool and restaurant/bars weren't part of the hotel as shown/advertised. This is very misleading and was commented on by a number of guests who were very unhappy. Totally unacceptable and warrants a refund of part of the price.

  : The staff were extremely helpful with a concern and mistake I made with my reservation/extention of my holiday.Laura was polite, patient and very patient with me.

Disappointing

  : The hotel was clean The breakfast was good The staff at the beach club was super friendly
  : We booked the hotel because it was advertised as a 4 star at the beach. Once we arrived the receptionist told us that, in case we want to actually be at the beach, we had to pay for the sunbeds at the beach extra (Eur 30-35 per day). There was also a haunting smell of bleach throughout the hotel.

  : A beautiful peaceful place! Absolutely gorgeous view
  : We had all inclusive (full board ) unfortunately we did not have water in our room (only first day) the included drinks were nowhere close to the ones you had to pay for! Like the cocktails with all inclusive were just sweet syrups And blended ice, so I find this a bit odd, like I would order a cocktail and would get it in a normal water glass and just ice and flavoured syrup and the ones who had to pay would get a fancy glass with the real stuff! So I guess this would be my biggest complaint with the all inclusive thing..other than that everything else was super nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful! Also the lack of a nice sand beach was really troubling as the one is close by and with a free transportation was quite nasty and small! It was smelly and full of seaweed, with the heat it got to the point that the smell was unbearable.Has nothing to do with the hotel/resort area or anything else! Just a heads up if you prefer sand beachesthis was the closest!
