  : The staff on arrival were friendly, we upgraded and it was no issue. Its old fashioned inside but fine. The water slides were a brilliant bonus. Location was perfect, 60 second walk to the sea. Pool was amazing!! Activities during the day were good fun. Pool bar is overpriced but still cheaper than Ireland so I won't complain. Bed was super comfy (junior suite, top floor). We went at the end of September 2023
  : Staff hear what they want when asking questions or for drinks, even though I showed them a Google translation. The closest lift to our room was out of order the 2nd day of our trip, and never fixed.People leave towels on sunbeds and never return. Overpriced food and drinks at the pool bar but we copped on quick enough and went out for lunch

  : The location was excellent.The bed was comfortable.The room air-con was adequate.The hotel had good facilities.
  : It was exceptionally noisy everywhere in the hotel. There was nowhere to go and sit for a relaxing drink. There were children running and shouting everywhere without any parents to be seen.The room was not the size stated nor was it soundproofed as stated. It was cramped and very dated. It needed renovating. It could have been cleaner. On mentioning this to reception no alternative room option was offered to us.The staff were apathetic to questions.There was no attempt made to control health and safety - I was crashed into by a child riding an electric scooter INSIDE the hotel which grazed my leg and the hotel did nothing to stop this. (This was not the only occurrence of children riding these inside the building.)There was not enough information as to meeting points for activities and entertainment. Likewise if programmed events were changed or cancelled no attempt was made to inform people waiting for the event to start.The pool tiles are extremely slippy. It was almost impossible to get a sun lounger by the pool and the one day we did get two together we found that one of those was broken and the back could not be placed in the upright position. Supposedly the hotel lifeguards are meant to remove towels from sun loungers that are not being used but we didn't see this happening at all. So unless you are prepared to do the sunbed run at stupid-o'clock every day, don't bother trying to get one.The hotel manager is in denial that these things are happening in the hotel as my complaint and follow-up email were both given the brush off and standard corporate reply. Not only will we never go back to this hotel, we will not recommend it to anyone - other than those with feral children that want to do whatever they like on holiday. We will also not be booking anything offered by the Senator group as this hotel's low standards fall way short of their name.

  : Fun place for kids! Many life guards at the pool was especially good!
  : We would have preferred a family room for all 4 of us instead of two separate rooms.

  : The hotel has seen its better days and reception staff was unfriendly. Not value for money. In addition, they charge extra for 16 year old children (considered as an adult).

  : The aqua park was really enjoyable and most of the staff really friendly. There were never long queues for the slides and the lifeguards were efficient.
  : The breakfast buffet was not very good, the "hot" food was cold and it was very difficult to find things. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful on my arrival, I am glad this only applied to the 1 staff member as the rest of the reception and hospitality staff I dealt with were lovely. She told me my room was not ready and she didn't know when it would be and that there was no parking but didn't offer any parking suggestions or offer to store my cases.....I opted to wait for another staff member to help me with these issues as she was so rude. She spoke about me to another staff member right infront of me like I wasnt even there!! We had to queue for sun beds 30 minutes before the pool opened to get a bed and most people put their towels down and left which needs to be addressed by the hotel.

  : Pool was nice and clean and clear, staff were mostly friendly
  : No parking, cold jacuzzi, floor tile grout very unclean in room, breakfast was adequate, no coffee or tea in room, rooms were very outdated, extremely noisy concert at around 2100 till after 0100 extremely loud, ceiling fan not operational.
