  : The hotel service is quite nice and there is a big parking space attached to the hotel. The hotel is clean (not quite new, but still), you can easily find a supermarket with a couple of restaurants (just some fast food and one Mexican) nearby. Please, mind, that the hotel is quite far from the Madrid city and you need a car to get there
  : The hotel is a little bit "tired and old", there are a lot of people in the dining room for the breakfast in the rush hours from 8:30 to 9:30 (the first day we had to wait to enter the breakfast). In my mind, a little bit expensive for such an ordinary hotel

  : Room and beds were comfortable and clean. However there was no water in the morning for shower, toilet etc. Breakfast was good.
  : Very noisy in the corridor with children and teenagers running around from room to room, shouting and laughing preventing my husband and I from getting any sleep. At 4 am all this was followed by a high pitched whine coming from our bathroom. We called reception who came and contacted the maintenance engineer who could not solve the problem but as the hotel was fully occupied we could not move to another room. This continued until around 6.30 by which time we got up to shower but there was no water. We complained to the day receptionist who promised to complain to the adults in charge of the children and said we could claim 50 per cent compensation via Booking.com.I have sent details of our appalling experience in a separate e.mail. My husband had to drive 6 hours the following day without having had any sleep. We do not feel that 50 per cent compensation is sufficient.I would be grateful for your comments.
