  : The two ladies at reception were wonderful, went out of their way to help us with everything even changing our train booking.
  : Breakfast was ok but not worth E12 per head, the cooked eggs and bacon were really cold.

  : Breakfast was nice - cooked options and continental options provided. Multiple coffee machines made it quick, and the coffee selection was pretty good. The room was a good size, the bathroom facilities were good, asides from the lighting function attached to the sauna bath not working correctly. A quiet area, a great location very near to the Nuria access train station. The tapas bar across the road who were connected to the hotel, and the restaurant in the hotel both provided quality dinners that were enjoyed - traditional local dishes. The fact that it had a separate bath and shower was a nice touch in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke a number of different languages well. There is a nice traditional feel to the hotel.
  : The room needed decorating desperately - there were white wall filler marks over the walls that were left un-decorated. The lighting function for the sauna bath did not work. The room was very basic - it could have done with a fridge and a kettle. The room was very noisy from surrounding rooms - the room doors when closed echoed through the floor. There should be a pneumatic door closer to the room doors to stop from doors slamming, and noise proofing should be implemented. ost nights I was woken by slamming doors on my level.

  : No shower gel/shampoo in the room, we had to use hand soep and for a 4 star hotel we were expecting those amenities.Bed wasn't tidly done and had some hairs in it.
