  : There was a fight in the next room to us. One man was arrested, and the remaining 2 people in the room were shouting all night.We found a cockroach in the bathroom behind the toilet, the cleaner came immediately, killed it with bug spray, we were then relocated on the 6th floor to a "better" room, another cockroach this time next to the sink. Staff tried their best.

  : Next door guests were extremely loud and could hear everything all night long. There were like 4 adults in that room.

  : I didn't like the decoration of the entrace, the lobby, the gym, and all the first floor.The decoration should be changed for a modern style.

  : The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast times and selection were OK and the pool zone was nice. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and there is a nearby supermarket. The room had a small fridge and ours had a nice terrace with a pool view.
  : For a 4 star hotel the breakfast selection could be improved, particularly of fruit.(only bananas and oranges) and hot options. Similarly in the rooms there was no toothpaste provided and no iron available from reception. Small things that you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Pool towels were also not provided. However for us the main disappointment was that the morning we were due to check out there was a complete loss of electricity and water for at least an hour and a half, right before checkout time. We asked for an extra hour to get showered and organised before leaving due to the inconvenience and were told this was not allowed and to be 'as quick as possible'. This basically left us with 10 minutes to get ready so as not to miss check out time and incurred a penalty. While the loss of power/water was beyond the control of the hotel I would have expected better customer service a day some small consideration of the inconvenience cause.
