  : Love the location, facilities at the hotel were great, spotlessly clean and the staff are so helpful. Great food and nice quiet atmosphere.

  : The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are very charming. The location Was perfect walking distance to two different calas.
  : The service from one staff member was off putting. While staying there, there was a storm that passed through with flash floods and strong winds. We got drenched crossing the courtyard to the main building to check out on time. As we entered the building we noticed several staff members grabbing a lot of towels. I asked one of the staff members if I could get a towel to dry off and he hesitated and began to ask me if the towel was for the room or if I had called to request a towel while I stood there dripping in the lobby. I had told him for right now and then pointed to my face and body that was dripping water on the floor. This was a general attitude I found from people in Spain as a Mexican American. Always getting questioned as if we were up to something as opposed to being treated like a guest.

  : The pool area is the best part about this hotel, it's absolutely beautiful. A little quiet oasis lined with palm trees. The staff are really friendly (for the most part).
  : This is probably down to our own expectations of the area as opposed to the hotel itself, but the town isn't amazing. There really isn't a lot going on there, only a few restaurants which you have to book days in advance, very few bars and nowhere to go post 10pm for a nightcap. Our room wasn't amazing either, it was in the annex on a basement floor. We had a little balcony which overlooked a carpark. The food in the restaurant was passable. I had pasta and pesto. It was 18 or something mad, and I could make better at home.

  : The mouldy smell (partially camouflaged by air fresheners) in the gym/corridor/room due to poor ventilation (construction/architectural fault).

  : the receptionist was very nice and helpful. the place has potential but it is not well maintained.
  : very noisy surrounding, the hotels on the other site of the bay are very loud. you can hear music and other activities from there.
