  : Mold in the room, very wet not always clean. A lot of stuff broken. More than 50% of the SPA stuff is broken.

  : The hotel was in a good location, staff were all friendly and breakfast included was great. Beach front and was nice but have to pay for beds if you want them as not hotel sun beds.
  : There definitely was some general maintenance required throughout the hotel and rooms which I feel doesnt match 5* rating but the hotel was still pleasant.

  : We had to change the room after 2 nights because the room we got had an awfull smelling air condition (may be never cleaned?). The room was in block 3 and you could hear the noise from the main street the whole night. We could change the room to block 1 where the air condition was a little bit better. But the bathrooms are very old and with a lot of mould, not feeling comfortable using it! The towels are old and undelicious. The room has no chair! The Spa was really disappointing, everything is old and it is very dark in the whole area! But stuff in the reseptionen is very nice snd hjelpsom. The fitness room is very old as well! The carpets in the halls in front of the rooms very bad smelling, old and not clean. All in all not a comfortable stay regarding the room snd the spa and fitness! The Pool area is nice but a lot of the sun beds were broken and they did not clean the floor in this area. It was full of sand and there was also a lot of sand in the pool because of this. The showers in the pool area almodt do not work and therefore it is difficult to get off the sand when coming from the beach. The Hotel needs definatly an uppgrade as soon as possible.

  : The hotel is great, right next to the beach Playa de Muro. The beach sun beds were a bit expensive (15 euros for 2 sun beds and an umbrella), so we were mostly swimming in the sea and then came back by the pool for a shower and sun bathing. We chose a B&B option so that we could enjoy various local foods, and it was a great decision. The breakfast had a great variety of options and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was nice and helpful, we appreciated the durable solutions put in place by the hotel to not change the beddings and towels every single day, unless requested. We had brought with us a swimming doughnut and the staff was kind enough to inflate it for us. We also noticed that any unwanted inflatable lilos could be left at the hotel and those would be recycled or displayed next to the pool for guests use (another great idea).
  : The balcony door was very hard to open and close, and required a lot of effort. The bathroom door was very hard to close, it seemed like it was swollen because of the humidity. The bathroom ceiling was also a bit damaged by humidity. The hotel is very beautiful overall, but you can clearly see the run down bits: cracks, discolouration, cracked paint.

  : The position of the hotel is amazing, it being right on the beach. The beach is beautiful, it has sunbeds and umbrellas (14.25 euros/day for 2 sunbeds and one umbrella) and the water is verry shallow and clear, you have to walk a lot in order to reach deep water so it is great for those who dont know how to swim and for kids. There are always little waves so the kids have a lot of fun.The hotel is also pretty near the restaurants and the shops from Playa de Muro, although this region is not the most beautiful from Mallorca. If you decide to plan a trip to Mallorca I highly recomand you to hire a car because you have a lot to explore and you will find spectacular beaches and very beautiful harbors (the hotel offers free parking).The room and the bathroom are big. The bed is ok and the sea view is amazing if you decide to book a sea view room. Also, each room has a nice balcony.The pool is beautiful and its size is ok. It has a bar in the middle from where you can buy snacks and drinks. The sunbeds are free and the Bali beds cost 40 euros/day. Also, the hotel gives you towel for the pool and allows you to take it on the beach. In the morning the organize aqua gym/yoga/etc.The breakfast is great. There is a lot of variety and although it is almost the same everyday, there are a lot of things from which you can choose. We didnt take dinner at the hotel, but I saw that everynight there is a different theme.In the evening, they organized singing/dancing shows which was a nice way to spend your night if you didnt want to leave the hotel.Overall, now that we saw the island, we think the hotel was a good choice, especially for its position on the beach and we think that it deserves a higher grade.
  : It wis true that the hotel is a little bit old and dusty and that it could use a bit of refreshment, but the whole island (except from Palma) has this dusty air. There are little damages which could be improved (like the whitewash on the walls) but it is not so disturbing.A thing that we didnt like was the cleaning. It was made in a superficial mode. The lady just took the trash and made the bed in some wayThe room should have bene vacumed and the bathroom should be more cleaned. We didnt say anything about this, but I think if we would told this to the housekeeper she would have been more carefull.
