  : Good location, access to a shared pool, the flat had 2 rooms, living room, kitchen and a toilet with shower. Staff was nice. Basic kitchen utensils. Little outside area with table and chairs.
  : No washing liquid or sponge to do the dishes. We had to buy it. We were not told that we had room service. We were not told that the WiFi was only at the pool area, not in the room. The TV had no sound - and we forgot to report it. The room service folded our towels all together and did not replace them - if they are not replacing them, at least leave them where the guests left them so that we know which towel is which. We know this because we could see makeup from the previous night on the towels. The 2nd bedroom was really small, barely had storage (only a chest of drawers) and the mattresses were not very good.
