: The apartment was spotless. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and impressively quick to respond to any requests. The air conditioning was not working and within half an hour of telling the house keeping staff the engineer was examining it. The staff managing the apartment came up with solutions very promptly. Another example, I requested clean towels and within five minutes the lovely house keeping lady was delivering them. Despite no on site reception they respond immediately to on line requests so do not be put off by the fact there is no on site reception. The pool was a salt water pool which was wonderful. Secure parking was great. to access the apartment, pool and parking you just use the same code which is activated on your arrival. I found this very convenient, no keys or card to remember when I went out.
: It is such a shame that the apartment looks so tired and sparse with a little TLC these apartments would be absolute little gems, especially as it was not cheap. That being said despite this I would definitely book again.

: Spacious apartment, good location as long as you don't mind walking. Lots of lovely hot water.
: Needs a bit of updating. The sofa is quite uncomfortable (being a sofa bed), and the kitchen is quite small. Seems to be popular with young people.

: the outdoor, the swimming pool, barbecue area...
: some hair on the floor and bathroom. No water glass and no intimacy due to the security guard interrupting all the time and focus us with the light, very bad this part. We were indoor and doing no noise in our apartment, own apartment not outside.

Poor
Traveller Type:
: the location and access to a pool is the only good thing of this accommodation.
: First of all, towels which is a basic necessity are not included. You have to rent them which we were not informed about. Even toilet paper was not included, can you imagine? Then the sheets and the blankets were NOT clean, it was full of human hair and spots. Besides that, the sleeping couch is really not comfortable. For the price, you can have a way better accommodation in playa daro.I wouldnt reserve this apartment again.

: the reception staff, the discretion of the cleaning staff, the swimming pool with deckchairs, the barbecue, the air conditioning in the apartment, the paid parking at the foot of the building, the large terrace attached to each accommodation, the rental of the residence close to shops and restaurants, a convenience store and the beach
: the mattress could be a bit firmer
