  : Arrangement for heatingCrazy arrangements with heating We had to keep ringing to turn the heating on The staff were very nice but it was inconvenient and there was a delay. At times the place was tropical - which was a resource waste and at others the arctic. Picking up the keys You have to go to one location to pick up keys and then its a 15 min walk to the apartment. Very inconvenient. Its not advertised that this is the case. Even though these arrangements were irritating Id stay then again. Probably not good for families with small children in winter.

  : Had to walk an extra kilometer to check in and then walk back to the apartment.

  : No breakfast. Position was perfect, facilities were excellent. Very clean; everything we needed was available. Close to bars and restaurants as in a central location.
  : The stairs were difficult to negotiate for elderly visitors. The beds were abit hard but that would suit some people.

  : Only the fact that there was no shampoo and bath shower in the bathrooms.On Saturday night, it was a bit noisy.

  : The key collection system is very cumbersome. You have to walk to another property to pick up keys. Difficult in a city you dont know after a long travel day, carrying luggage!
