  : The location was okay, near to a busy main road however there are some shops and supermarket a short walk away. The beach is also only a 10 minute max walk which is great. The hotel room was modern, staff were friendly, pool area was clean and lots of communal areas.
  : The restaurant was very big and provided a decent size choice of food, however the quality of the food was not amazing. The dishes were bland and very same-y. Lots of deep fried dishes, salad bar that was available was not under a refrigerator so would go warm and generally the food was basic for my taste. The lifts also took a very long time so if you were on the higher floors it was a bit of a pain to wait for, we usually just took the stairs.

  : location was good
  : Our passports and personal belongings were stolen, along with those of four other guests. Despite calling the police, the reception and management were uncooperative, refusing to check the CCTV footage. They insisted we speak to the authorities at the airport, where we were informed by our airline that we couldn't travel without our passports, contradicting the hotel's claims. We incurred 80 in taxi fares to and from the airport. Upon returning to the hotel, we were forced to pay an extra 120 for the night and had to apply for emergency passports from the embassy which also cost us 100 each before we could arrange another flight home. Despite being assured of security, the luggage room door was left open, accessible to anyone. Even after reporting this, the reception staff showed indifference. Overall, I am deeply angered and financially burdened by this ordeal. We had young children at home that were expecting their parents to be back, let alone the fact we missed work.

  : All Inc drinks were terrible - premixed cocktails that were weak and just tasted of sugar. The only palatable drink was beer.Horrible coffee machine - I tried several combinations.Food was repetitive, and bland.Breakfast was ok. 2 small lifts (holding max 4 people) for an enormous 9 floor hotel, the waits were way too long.Beds & pillows were hard.Road was noisy, and rooms were noisy.Broken light in the bathroom above the mirror.

  : The all-inclusive package was great, there was a lot of variety of food every day, the location was perfect, close to everything.
  : The condition of the towels is not acceptable for any hotel, even worse for a hotel that calls itself 4 stars, they were in terrible condition, holes/torn, initially we thought it was a mistake, so we requested an exchange and they gave us an even worse one, they also did not respect the do not disturb sign, we put the do not disturb sign on the door and they still entered the room to clean, I considered this invasive and disrespectful since the client asked not to disturb by putting the sign on the door.
