  : I received a warm welcome from the staff member on reception that day, sorry, I didnt get her name. The aesthetics of the entrance and open areas is very well presented and there is a book in the room explaining the history of the building and its renovation. It seems a shame this open area is not really used by residents, there are comfortable seats and plenty of books, maybe it could be made more use of, for coffee and pastries etc. The room was very clean, all the facilities were very contemporary, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. It was within 15-20 minutes of Palma centre and a walk to local places was also very accessible. There are some very nice restaurants nearby also, within 5 minutes walk. There is a small supermarket nearby and the bus stop for the airport is ten minutes away. There was no issue with checking in before the allocated time, as the room was ready. Also, when I checked out, you are able to leave your bags in a locked room so you can enjoy the time before you leave for the airport etc.
  : Unfortunately, and not the fault of the hotel, but I had no balcony, so please be aware of youre booking a room with a kitchen, number 9, the duplex on the ground floor does not have this. The pictures the hotel have on their website show a square outside with seating areas, please be aware this is not just for hotel residents, all members of the public can use it, and it can get very noisy at night. My room was on the other side of the building, right on the road. Common issues are cars, motorcycles etc, people talking quite loudly, there are also bars across the narrow road which can also be noisy. As a solo female traveller, I did not always feel comfortable when walking back to hotel in the evening, I sensed the area outside was a general meeting area for people sleeping rough, although I was never approached by anyone for anything. The bathroom toiletries could be of better quality. They are the ones that are already attached to the unit. I felt this let the hotel down slightly as all other facilities are of a good quality, such as the kitchen appliances.
