  : Centrally located apartment, very strange floor plan, but freshly renovated. It has a bubble bath on a roof terrace and sun bed, but the washing basins are in the main room next to a big flat TV. Very small second bedroom with two tiny beds. Looks to me like a party apartment.

  : This was a lovely studio apartment on the top floor with a goodview of the surrounding area. It had a spiral staircase up to a large private terrace (great views) with a spa pool. Nicely equipped and furnished. Highly recommended, providing the toilet seat, and the sewer smell in the bathroom is fixed..see below.
  : The toilet seat wasn't properly attached to the toilet (very tricky to use!!) and the smallish bathroom had a horrible sewer gas smell. Host advised, but wasn't properly repaired..and I think it may be an ongoing issue, as the bathroom isn't vented...and with the only mirror here, you couldn't avoid using it. When I suggested to the hosts that this wasn't good enough for the $$'s, the response was "well you saw the photos". I' not sure how you photograph sewer smell and the photos certainly didn't show a partially attached toilet seat!!!

  : It looks cool at first. Clean. Nice neighbourhood near the oldtown and the train station. No outside noise at night.
  : You quickly discover all the inconveniences. No sink in the bathroom, only between the bedroom and the living room. No way to shower without flooding the bathroom. You have to put your toiletries on the floor in the shower. Extremely loud bathroom door. Only one electric socket on one side of the bed and all the other sockets in strange random places. No reading lights and the main light can't be switched on or off without getting out of the bed. Extremely noisy at night. You can hear other people talking, watching tv, even sneazing and the pipes are the worst. You hear people showering and flushing the toilet. Very basic kitchen equipment. The kettle stank. The lift was shaking so much we were afraid to use it.

  : The roof terrace with jacuzzi was great.
  : The building seems like an office block converted to apartments, this means that the plumbing isnt right for domestic use. Water pressure is poor, drains not great smelling. There are staff in the day but they arent there to help you, you must do your check in on the machine. It actually isnt easy to work out how to use the keypad to access the front door, we spent some time with another resident working it out together.

  : It needs a great deal of maintenance. Broken windows, unusable terrace. Always flooded and privacy fence broken between apartments.
