  : Great location, right in the centre of Oviedo, cafe downstairs, so that was our breakfasts sorted. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had the essentials we needed, also good pressure for the shower, which for us was important after an active day.
  : Some fine details had room to improve, e.g. attention to the corner of the showtray and the pillowcases. We stayed over the weekend, it was a little 'lively' in the nights where people went for a night out near by. It was totally safe even in the mid of night, just that light sleepers may want to consider ear plugs.

  : Great location. Friendly host. Comfortable bed. Great shower. We loved the 2 balconies. Would definitely stay again.
  : It became very noisy very early in the morning - twice around 6am - with lots of shouting and there were many people outside but I understand it was fiesta time ! There was no such noise on the last day when we had to get up early. The bar below however was not a problem at night as it was just a background hum. There was a coffee machine but a kettle would have been useful for making tea.

  : It was clean and the bed was quite comfortable and had decent kitchen facilities, but it had a very spartan, almost institutional, interior. I may have gotten the least charming unit (301) as it looked nothing like the many charming photos. But it was good for a rest day after almost three weeks on the Camino del Norte. I wouldnt stay again as it was quite dear compared to other available properties (not as centrally located but 2/3 the price and equally charming pictures. It is not bad, just not great and not worth the high price. But a great location in the heart of the old town.
  : I stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. The Saturday night revelry just outside was loud and long22:0007:00. Be forewarned.

  : The apartment itself was really good, clean and comfy bed. The host provided us with water and the bathroom was equipped with shower gel and shampoo like in a hotel.
  : The smell in the entrance was awful, and the overall humidity in the building. Also in the night there were loud noises outside, which were annoying on Friday.

  : We liked absolutely everything about the location and layout of the apartment which was well insulated, so noises in the busy city streets were never a problem.
  : We found the Wifi a little flaky, okay siting at one end of the kitchen table, but not so good elsewhere. That didn't bother us, but might be an issue for someone needing to join online meetings. The toaster and coffee maker had to be plugged in on the floor because there are no sockets on the worktop.
